What did the frustration feel like as you tried to solve your problem?

While Focus has excellent resources internally, conflicting priorities made it difficult to be able to allocate resources to building and developing the type of automation and reporting functionality that would work best for our fintech team. It quickly became clear that finding an outside partner who could custom build the solution we needed would be the best path forward.

We had several calls with the iDENTIFY team and it really felt like they were working to solve the problem we posed right away. However, a key moment in the relationship was when the experts from the iDENTIFY team began expanding on the scope of our project to ensure our team had thought through potential future needs for the automation to ensure we had adequate flexibility built in. This insight helped us prevent more work in the future when additional reporting complexity would come into play.

Tell us what life looks like now that your problem is solved or is being solved.

We are still actively working with the iDENTIFY team to build the reporting platform our fintech team will use. We are looking forward to the final product and being able to quickly and efficiently generate detailed, easy-to-understand reporting for our leadership teams and Board of Directors.
