Sutton was looking to bring it's datalake management in house. it was previously hosted internally, but managed internally, and therefore cause a lot of friction and visibility across the lifecycle complications. In addition, the processes involved with the ingestion and normalization of that data was not previously property of Sutton and further impacted visibility to certain areas.

What did the frustration feel like as you tried to solve your problem?
We were walking into a somewhat unknown universe. We had the leadership and management to lead the effort, but lacked the key technical, engineering and support expertise required to build this ideal state. We reviewed a lot of organizations who thought they could deliver on our requirements and wish list with existing platforms, but none of them seemed to really align with our vision.
