Core Group Financial

Core Group Financial is an Oklahoma-based company providing financial services to multiple industries, with a specific focus on the construction and medical industries. Core adds value to its customers in a variety of ways including tax planning, preparation, and filing, as well as wealth management and business planning services. For the past 20+ years, they have been helping business owners improve and gain control of their financial systems so that there aren't any surprises when it comes tax time.

Core Group and EOS

Core Group has been implementing EOS for a few years now with a local implementer based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their goals in 2021 were focused on automation and the usage of data within the organization to help streamline processes and ultimately serve their customers faster. One goal was to alleviate expensive software costs and streamline tedious workflows so that employees could focus on the heavy lifting. The heavy lifting is the fun stuff at Core, where they get to help their customers save money.

Making EOS Goals A Reality

Core Group wanted to integrate their systems and provide a method for seamless data exchange between each. Through the use of both custom-built integration and existing API connections, AeroVision built a pipeline for information flow to remove manual processes slowing down the team at Core Group.

AeroVision.io first audited several of the workflows to understand how data was both entered into the system and then used once it was captured. We call this our Business Process Mapping (BPM). From the BPM, we can develop a clear roadmap for our Clients to follow, allowing them to achieve their goals for automation and process improvement. Then additional data sets were audited and errors were fixed to improve data quality between systems. Separate systems were then integrated through both API and customized data collection tools to ultimately increase the automated data flow and remove manual data entry.

At the end of the project, Core Group was able to leverage documents and data across multiple platforms, driving business automation and reducing errors through manual inputs.
